Pre-Register

1. All candidates are advised to be on the training premises at least 20 minutes before scheduled course timing.
2. NO SHOWS and LATECOMERS (15min) will not be tolerated at all; hence payment fees will be forfeited.
3. Prime Wellness Training Institute LLC has the right to cancel or reschedule a specific course. In case of cancellation and rescheduling, we will notify all candidates and thus will have the opportunity to select a suitable alternative course.
4. We can accommodate the rescheduling of the course only for valid reason with supportive documents (ex: Medical Report, Police Report, etc..) subject to Prime Wellness Training Institute LLC management approval.
