What is included in Basic First Aid training?

At Prime Wellness Training Institute, the equivalent of Basic First Aid training would be our course on “First Aid, CPR & AED”. Included in this course are the skills & tools that will give you the confidence to administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the correct use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) on an adult in distress. You will be able to deal with life-threatening emergencies such as cardiac arrest, choking, or drowning. We are firm believers that basic first aid training is a skill set that everyone should know. This is a valuable qualification for anyone who wishes to be prepared to respond to a medical emergency whether in a professional setting or in your personal life. Learning basic first aid training through our Basic Life Support & use of an AED qualification can be the difference between life and death for an individual you choose to help.

How long is the ASHI Basic First Aid certification valid?

Certification is valid for two years from the completion date of the course.

Do I receive a certificate after completion?

Yes, successful participants will receive an ASHI First Aid Training certification.
